    • Delivery time will be between 2-7 working days, depending on the goods purchased. Note: chemicals may take closer to 5-7 working days to arrive
    • Wright Pools & Spas will always confirm with the person named in the order before delivery, and will also advise on estimated delivery time for goods
    • At the time of confirmation it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to Wright Pools & Spas 
    • There will be a delivery fee depending on the goods purchased, this will be stated in the shopping cart process before you confirm your order
  • Refund/Replacement Policy:
    • Wright Pools & Spas offers a 7 day refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our goods. This means that if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a refund or replacement within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be unopened and in their original condition
    • Wright Pools & Spas must be notified within 7 days of delivery for this to apply
  • This is not an on-going subscription. Every time a customer makes a purchase, this is counted as a separate transaction
